We are really pleased to be launching our latest property web design for our Portsmouth-based customer, James Oliver Properties.
It is more than an estate agency web design as the business is specifically about developing and managing premium student accomodation. As web designers, we are always trying to provide something extra special for our clients and this site incorporates a few nice little features. We have tweaked the brand and expanded both the colour palette and font options to create a more contemporary feel befitting the student customer base. The home page features a dramatic full-width hero video clip taken from one of their interactive tours.
It also includes a sticky note that highlights the key messages and keeps these in view on scroll. The property pages also feature video and interactive tours so that prospective customers can get a great feel for a property without having to visit in person – especially valuable right now. The site also integrates a full-service property management system with a mobile app so that both the property manager and the student tenants are fully up to speed at all times.
