We are really pleased to launch our latest property web design for James Oliver Properties, a Portsmouth-based customer.
It is more than a property web design, as the estate agent business is specifically about developing and managing premium student accommodation. As web designers, we are always trying to provide something extra special for our clients and this site incorporates a few nice additional features.
We have tweaked the brand and expanded the colour palette and font options to create a more contemporary feel that benefits the student customer base. The home page features a dramatic full-width hero video clip taken from one of their interactive tours.
The property web design also integrates the property management system and tennets portal to provide a seamless User Experience (UX).
This property management design also includes a sticky note that highlights the key messages and keeps these in view on scroll.
The property pages also feature video and interactive tours so that prospective customers can get a great feel for a property without having to visit in person – especially valuable for students travelling from abroad.
The site also integrates a full-service property management system with a mobile app so that both the property manager and the student tenants are fully up to speed at all times.
This property web design integrates a WordPress website with an integrated Property Management System for viewings bookings, rental payments and video tours as well as ‘dollshouse’ videos.

This has resulted in more seamless administration fr the company as well as increased traffic to the website and an easy-to-use property management system and tenants portal.
