Nexa was the brain-child of entrepreneur Jamie Gray who had been working in real estate in Dubai for a number of years and was keen to bring a similar approach to the UK. It was fairly radical for estate agents, in that it focussed on putting a single agent as being entirely responsible for their client – for all contacts, for the results and client satisfaction. He already had a website and great branding but he needed the branding to be carried into his stationery, printed materials and digital products and he needed help with a marketing strategy.
We developed a marketing strategy covering objectives and messaging, channels, media buying, pay per click and social media marketing. We created their business brochure, property brochures, printed promotional materials, custom Powerpoints, social media imagery and HTML emails. We generated PR in the local printed news and radio and created content for their channels.
As well as establishing and running their social channels we set up and ran a number of very successful competitions on Facebook including one that saw them gain exponential growth in engagement, post and page likes.
Our comprehensive marketing support for Nexa has seen them become very quickly established in a highly competitive property marketplace firstly in Portsmouth but now across the UK.
