morph was approached by a health tech start-up and commissioned to develop their branding and digital platform. The platform would enable private patients to access hospital Consultants and book video appointments. The platform would also provide a secure video communication function and a payment gateway. We began with a branding and business naming exercise developing buyer personas and key messages. This led to an agreed brand design, business name and strapline as well as colours, fonts and styling.
We developed design creative for the many different pages and built the platform out as two linked systems. We created a web explainer video in order to help communicate the concept to prospective patients and training videos to facilitate onboarding of Consultants. We continued to adapt and evolve the platform in line with the evolving business needs of the client.
morph developed a marketing strategy and delivered a Pay Per Click campaign across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads in combination with a social media and an HTML email campaign. We also created fresh, evergreen content for the website.
The platform has been gaining traction with a steady stream of Consultants joining across specialties and it is being used by Consultants to deliver care to patients. Traffic to the website is continuing to grow steadily and there has been a significant rise in engagement across social platforms. A promising start for a radical development in private healthcare.
